A report has revealed a tragic event at the Iron Ore Mines in the Yekepa region of Liberia. Roseline Borbor, a devoted worker at ArcelorMittal Liberia, tragically lost her life in an accident that took place.
The incident reportedly occurred when the ADT truck she was operating overturned from a hill, leading to her untimely death. Roseline Borbor was a respected member of the ArcelorMittal team, known for her steadfast dedication and commitment to her job.
Preliminary investigations suggest that the ADT truck driven by Borbor lost control while maneuvering a hill on the mine’s premises, resulting in the fatal overturning of the vehicle. The entire community and company are deeply saddened by this tragic loss.
As a response to this tragic event, the Iron Ore Mines have been temporarily closed to mourn the loss of Ms. Borbor and to promptly reassess safety protocols and procedures.
